After dropping to 200 pounds at the end of 2006, I started ramping up my gym workouts. Within 6 months I was leg pressing 900 pounds and I had maxed out the pectoral fly machine at my gym. The results today are even more astounding. The strides I have made are incredible, but my gym workouts are making my future aspirations limitless.
